Great customer service! I went in today for a recall service at 7:15, which was free, and the team even took the time to call and reconfirm my appointment beforehand. At the service desk, everything was explained clearly, and the staff were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the visit. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
Recently bought and picked up my 2019 Acura MDX Tech Edition and I'm happy with my purchase. Big thanks to Ruhit D. who made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was well informed about the MDX inside and out (including towing capacity, AWD, SH, driving mode options, etc.) and even took the time to explain other versions and Acura models so I could compare. In the end, I got the exact one I wanted plus extras like bumper-to-bumper warranty. Super friendly, no pressure at all - I'd definitely recommend him if you're looking for a vehicle.
